I get lot of emails from students and house wives asking me about onsite or remote working or part-time job opportunities and asking me advise on where to start and training courses and authentic job portals and how to prepare for the interviews. I don't have that much time to individually respond to your questions and hence I thought of jotting a blog down for all of you!

If you are a student or a housewife who doesn't have work experience then the best place to start is within yourself to conquer all your fears and top up your positive vibrations inside you!
If your brain says it will do it , you will end up doing it as it is the most powerful thing that god has every created and it can control anything in the universe if you can train it ! Nothing can beat a human brain with strong personality to beat the odds!
It harder doing than saying it but you can easily build your inner strength by reading great books or playing sports or go for holiday or even shopping or Yoga! Whatever that kicks your endorphin's to stay positive!
Once you did it, choose the subject of your interest and start learning online or go for training courses if you need some hand holding to get confidence. Do research on google on the subject of the interest and find best trainers in the subject! You just need to know a bit of English to use Google search, nothing more? Ain't it?

Create your own digital identity by using twitter or blogging profile and start penning down your training journey as it may help you to build your confidence and others who are going through the same journey in the other part of the world! All you need is a free account in sites like weebly or wordpress or twitter registration . You should the follow great leaders in the subject of your interest.

My son's science text book says lot of learning experts believe that schools in future will just work as a discovery channels with virtual reality and instructor lead class rooms and digital libraries where students can do courses according to their interest and capability and time! They will go to schools only for social element i.e for human interaction and playing sports for fitness!

Preparing for your interviews!
Believe that you are your own master and trust yourself. Stand out in the market by creating a CV that is not a traditional black and white and spice it up with your digital blogging identity like about.me. The blogging profile can even get you a job without even you applying for it!
Example : I deleted some of my facebook photos and videos and want to download everything into my desktop, I came across this computer tips and tricks blog by a founder who is 19 year old student Vishal Fulwani and it is very likely that I will hire him for my company for the fire he has got within him to stand out!
Do your homework on organization, role and the guy who is interviewing you as it really helps you to articulate what you speak based on his expertise and profile using social media and google. You can crack any interview if you prepare your ground correctly and demonstrate and articulate that you have more knowledge in the subject than your peers by learning things that have comparative advantage over others.
I had landed in many jobs without even interviews due to my digital blogging identity and connected with top management without even trying hard for it! If I can do it, you can do it!
